Senior Manager, Valuation Real Estate Appraisal Responsibilities: Assist companies to identify and measure the value of their assets by providing independent and well-supported valuations. Perform property level due diligence, market studies, and cash flow modeling. Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner; assist in proposals and executive presentations. Understand the requirements associated with the development of value conclusions under GAAP, tax, and regulatory rules allowing companies to understand the value of an entity, asset or liability so they can make informed business and investment decisions. Assist with the management and professional development of the Associates and Senior Associates who are also performing the above mentioned analysis. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and assist in business development efforts, and be an active participant in firm sponsored team building and social events. Qualifications: 8+ years of commercial real estate valuation experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with preferred major of Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field: Master s degree from an accredited college/university is a plus. Progress toward the coursework and testing requirements for an approved advanced degree or an approved professional designation: PHD (Doctor of Philosophy), PHSC (Doctor of Science - Commerce), PHDE (PhD of Economics), DBA (Doctor of Business Administration), PHE (Doctor of Engineering), MBA (Masters of Business Administration), MC (Masters of Commerce), ME (Masters of Engineering), MEC (Masters of Economics), MS - Economics (Master of Science - Economics), MA - Economics (Master of Arts - Economics), MS - Finance (Master of Science - Finance), MA - Finance (Master of Arts - Finance), MSRE (Masters of Science-Real Estate), MS - Political Science (Master of Science - Political Science), MTX (Masters of Taxation), MIAFF (Masters of International Affairs) , JD (Juris Doctor) - for Transfer Pricing professionals only , CPA (Certified Public Accountant), REAL (Real Estate Appraiser License), ABV (Accredited Business Valuation), ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) certification, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), MAI (Member Appraisal Institute), CMA (Certified Management Accountant). Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem solving skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of Discounted Cash Flow modeling in both ARGUS and Excel.
