Regulatory Risk & Compliance Manager The candidate will assist with assignment of gap analyses for significant law and regulation changes, and subsequent monitoring and tracking of analyses and action items. Manages Customer Complaint Policy and Chair Customer Complaint Committee. Responsible for Compliance Reporting Management (provides metrics and reports). Compliance Policy Management. Risk Assessment and Planning Coordination and Management. KRI/KPI Reporting and Data Management (provide metrics and reports). Assists Lines of Business (LOB) with annual self-testing plans and procedures and review ongoing reports from LOB. Leads certain Compliance Related Projects (such as GRC system implementation). Creates Testing/Reviews Related to Non-Consumer Laws and Regulation. Provides data and updates to Risk Department Personnel for Quarterly on Comprehensive Periodic Risk Assessment for lines of business (provide metrics and reports). The candidate should have Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience. A Juris Doctor Degree or MBA would be preferred. Must have 7+ years of relevant work experience within a financial regulatory agency or a financial services institution, or a Juris Doctor with 3+ years of post-law school work experience is required. Consumer financial institution in-house experience is preferred. Working knowledge of laws and regulations covering financial services consumer products and services necessary. Ability to research and manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong research skills. Strong interpersonal, collaboration and advocacy skills. Demonstrated leadership skills.
