Corporate Counsel, II The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of outbound sales and services contracts. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and other teams on issues related to contracts and licensing transactions. Advise business clients and finance on business and legal risks, company policies and procedures. Build strong and transparent relationships with internal clients. Assist with creating and updating form agreements. JD from an accredited law school (local candidates preferred) required. 3 5 years of relevant legal experience negotiating contracts, preferably in the area of software licensing, either at a top-tier law firm or at a technology company required. Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of license and services agreements required. Ability: to work independently but exercise good judgement to escalate issues when appropriate; to identify business and legal risks and use creative problem-solving approaches to balance legal and business objectives required. Must have proven ability to develop close and collaborative working relationships with internal partners and external customers. Knowledge of EDA, IP core or semiconductor licensing is a plus.
