Solar PPA Contract Attorney / Energy Lawyer Duties: Negotiate confidential and custom Purchase Power Agreements with Utility Companys. Assess and analyze avoided cost rate structures in the U.S. States, counties, and regions. Identify, manage and mitigate risks associated with "Purchase Power Agreements". Track and report key metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency in PPA Negotiations. Maintain quick and efficient communication with client stakeholders. Identify, resolve and document process roadblocks. Achieve and maintain industry knowledge and strategy expertise.

Qualifications: Experience Negotiating PURPA Purchase Power Agreements (PPA's). Experience in solicited and unsolicited proposals with Utility Companies. Law Degree (Focus on Contracts). Excellent problem-solving ability. Strong, documented contracts experience and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team. Must be able to complete deadlines requiring additional hours Smart, decisive, organized, methodical, biased toward action High Energy, sense of urgency, passionate, committed, engaged. Agile, nimble, able to recognize and implement necessary changes. Creative thinker and high aptitude for solving problems. Believable, credible, honest, high integrity and trustworthy. Hardworking, innovative, quality-driven and company focused.
