Sr Corporate Counsel - II The candidate will lead the negotiations of a wide range of complex agreements from structure to complete execution (draft, review, and negotiate standard and non-standard agreements). Work collaboratively with Sales Team and other internal teams. Advise senior management on complex collaboration agreements with third party partners. Advise business clients and finance on business and legal risks, company policies and procedures. Build strong and transparent relationships with internal clients. Assist with marketing matters and product development processes. JD from an accredited law school (local candidates preferred) and 8 10 years of relevant experience either at a top-tier law firm or at a technology company required. Extensive experience drafting and negotiating outbound services agreements, sales contracts, and license agreements required. In-depth experience advising clients on and structuring complex outbound transactions required. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill required. Ability to use verbal and written language confidently to protect the Company s interests and achieve compromise required. Proven ability to develop close and collaborative working relationships with internal partners and external customers required. Knowledge of EDA, IP core or semiconductor licensing is a plus.
