Employment Attorney The candidate will provide employment legal advice and support on a range of issues across the Americas. Will manage employment litigation cases. Provide legal advice and guidance on the design and operation of various compensation programs and employee benefits plans as well as issues related to executive compensation. Manage and support regional and global HR projects. Partner with various functions within Human Resources, tax, compliance and a range of business clients. Should have a law degree and be admitted to practice law in the US (or ability to obtain admission). Must have 5+ years of experience managing employment legal issues, either in private practice or in-house. Should have experience working with senior stakeholders on sensitive matters. A background in compensation matters and ERISA benefit plans is strongly preferred.
