Tax Manager / Tax Counsel - Income Tax

Tax Manager / Tax Counsel - Income Tax Duties: Assume a leadership role in managing Domestic, U.S. International, and local country income tax planning and position management functions. Build complex transactional models that incorporate legal, accounting, and tax effects of transactions. Perform extensive research and writing on complex corporate, partnership, and international tax issues. Present the economic and technical aspects of transactions to diverse audiences. Manage and coordinate projects with outside U.S. and local tax advisors. Perform Foreign Tax Credit analysis, including Foreign Source Income, Worldwide Asset Ratio, expense allocations, and Modified Gross Income implications. Model and maintain tax attributes (e.g., U.S. and Local tax basis, E&P, Tax Pools). Support State tax planning and ensure integration of position management ownership. Collaborate with peers in other tax areas (e.g., Compliance & Reporting, Tax Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Indirect Taxes, Audits, Business Unit Tax matters). Collaborate with other functions (e.g., Legal, Treasury, Internal Audit, accounting, Business Unit Leadership). Support Federal, State and International tax audits.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. 3+ years of tax experience. Preferred: Advanced degree (e.g., MST, MBA, JD Degree, LLM Tax) and/or CPA. Domestic and international tax experience. Experience in more than one tax technical area (e.g., Sub C, Sub K, International, State Income).
