Temporary Legal Research Attorney II -Employment The candidate will conduct legal research on assigned points of procedural and substantive law. Will prepare preliminary drafts of briefs, arguments, contracts, affidavits, and various legal pleadings and documents as directed; maintain related document files and legal correspondence. Conduct studies, interview witnesses, and prepare witnesses to testify. When accepted as a member of the California Bar, conduct depositions and represent the Company before courts, commissioners, boards, hearing officers, and public agencies under the guidance and supervision of an experienced attorney. Use computerized data bases in the execution of legal research assignments. Perform other related duties as may be directed. Performs other duties as assigned. 0-3 years of experience as a Law Clerk or Attorney. Must have a baccalaureate degree from a recognized college or university. Must have satisfactorily graduated from an ABA credited law school. Must have passed the California Bar Examination. Deadline: 1 October, 2017
