Legal Counsel, Risk and Compliance The candidate will join Legal, Risk and Regulatory Organization. Work with the Chief Compliance Officer to develop and execute the firm s compliance strategy and protocols. Conduct and manage internal investigations. Coordinate with and provide advice to firm management in connection with investigations, special projects and strategic initiatives. Identify ethics and compliance issues and trends and develop policies and other strategies to address them. Draft and review investigation reports and other documentation for firm leadership. Educate firm personnel on compliance and ethics related issues and provide guidance on firm training.

The candidate should have Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university. Should have extensive investigatory experience. Must have 6+ years of legal experience handling internal investigations and/or complex litigation matters in a leading law firm or large corporate environment. Must have ability to work independently handling a variety of high-level activities. Should have excellent writing and editing skills
