Compliance Risk Assessment Counsel The candidate will be responsible for supporting and advancing the Risk Assessment Center of Excellence by developing risk assessment tools and materials, delivering training to regional and local Compliance managers, supporting the execution of annual risk assessments across the Company's international markets, conducting select in-market risk assessments, supporting mitigation action plans and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to identify and escalate trends. Will also support the annual review, execution, tracking and reporting of the US Risk Assessment and Mitigation Planning (RAMP) process. She/he will coordinate closely with Business Unit Compliance, Compliance Monitoring & Analytics and other Legal and Compliance stakeholders. Will also work on related Compliance governance and reporting for risk assessment and other key compliance areas. Developing tools, materials and trainings to ensure the consistent and optimal execution of global risk assessments. Performing comprehensive in-market risk assessments. Providing guidance and support to local and regional compliance leads in the execution of in-market risk assessments. Reviewing and analyzing in- and cross-market results to support the development of remediation strategies and identification of trends Liaise with Pfizer's Compliance Committees, Audit and Legal functions to provide supporting data and reports on activities and remediation efforts for Global Risk Assessment and U.S. RAMP Develop creative and thoughtful solutions to key initiatives, taking into account current legal and regulatory landscapes, policies and procedures, and current/future needs of business and other stakeholders.

Qualifications: JD Degree or equivalent law degree required. 6-8 years practicing law; experience in risk management or compliance in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred. Risk assessment and/or investigations experience preferred. In-depth understanding of healthcare-related laws and regulations and industry standard preferred, including the federal false claims act, federal anti-kickback statement, OIG regulations and guidance, pharmacovigilance issues, and the Foreign Corruption Practices Act/UK Bribery Act. Professional work experience in developing and implementing quality and compliance concepts. Strong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. Experience in control management, remediation, and advising on internal policies and process. Ability to effectively facilitate and manage meetings and complex, strategic conversations. Ability to translate complex requirements to practical suggestions and real world solutions. Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts in ways that are understood and actionable by cross-functional teams. Strong business and big picture acumen. Demonstrated success negotiating the environment of a highly matrix-based organization. Strong presentation skills involving audiences with various backgrounds, and ability to adjust message and filter details based on audience. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, as well as, skills in Tableau and other data visualization software preferred.
