Counsel II - Government Relations and Political Law Attorney The candidate will help in legal support related to corporate social responsibility activities, including philanthropic activities, environmental affairs, diversity and inclusion, and community relations. Must have 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney. Active State Bar membership. Should preferably have extensive knowledge and understanding of research, counsel, and guidance on complex legal questions or inquiries. Experience collaborating and communicating with government agencies and public officials at a local, state and Federal level is asset. Experience with federal pay-to-play regulations, such as SEC Rule 206(4)-5, CFTC Rule 23.451, and MSRB Rules G37/38 is desired. Application deadline: 10/10/2017.
