Corporate Attorney Duties: Review, negotiate, and draft/revise contractual agreements. Provide regular updates and recommendations to General Counsel. Negotiate with outside parties, outside counsel, vendors and clients. Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems involving the company. Assist General Counsel on compliance with laws and regulations at the State and Federal Level. Provide general legal advice and support. Manage all daily operations of Legal Department, globally. Responsible for responding or routing all inquiries into legal department. Assist General Counsel on global risk analysis and legal department operations and planning. Prepares and monitors legal department budget. Tracks all expenses and compares relative to budget. Prepares monthly reconciliations. Follow up with all members of legal department on their expense items and tracking relative to budget. Responsibility for department tracking to budget and identifying cost adjustments, shifting of services when needed. Responsible for managing outside counsel to address matters globally. Coordinate with internal clients on all legal matters until resolution. Manage projects to completion and within budget. Manage all litigation matters and provide periodic updates to Chief Legal Officer. Manage litigation process with legal counsel and discovery/document production. Manage global contract approval and document retention process. Responsible for maintaining all company material agreements and corporate documentation. Responsible for assisting company departments through contract approval process to ensure compliance. Manage company global trademark portfolio. Manages trademark process from application through registration. Assists global trademark enforcement team in protecting trademarks and eliminating counterfeit product from marketplace. Manages challenges to company trademarks. Manages company domain portfolio, acquisition and renewal. Enforces compliance with company corporate global policies. Assists in developing corporate global policies. Responsible for updating corporate global policies.

Qualifications: 2-3 years of general corporate experience. Must be a graduate of an accredited law school. Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Skilled in the use of personal computers and familiarity with word processing and on-line applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Ability to prioritize tasks and projects while staying organized. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
