Real Estate Attorney Duties: Serve as a lead transactional and litigation attorney for s clients. Uphold court appearances. Conduct legal research and prepare arguments for: Memoranda, Discovery, Depositions, Hearings, Trials, Appeals. Strong independent work ethic. Require minimal supervision and development. Meet strict deadlines for: Real estate transactions, Tax Sale litigation, Professionally interact with a variety of clients.

Qualifications: Admittance to Louisiana State Bar Association, required. Louisiana Notary Public license, required. Licensed Producer of Title Insurance, required. 3+ years experience in real estate law and tax sale litigation, required. 5 years professional experience, preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable serving a diverse clientele with varied exposure to the Tax Sale process.
