Corporate Counsel, Workers' Compensation The candidate will provide legal advice, and direction regarding workers compensation issues to the business units of the FCCI Insurance Group. Will be responsible for evaluating all aspects of workers compensation claims handling in litigated and non-litigated matters throughout the United States, including WC coverage evaluations in claims involving multiple jurisdictions, and to collaborate with and oversee our assigned outside defense counsel for certain matters. Should preferably have JD or better. 4-6 years of proven experience handling workers compensation issues, including mediations, hearings, washouts, etc. Experience with Longshore matters a plus. Experience with liability insurance coverage very desirable.
