Attorney (Speciality in Contracts) DUTIES: May involve performing other duties as required, which may not be mentioned below. Document complex contractual arrangements with attention to detail. Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts and contract topics to advise/provide support to the leadership team. Responsible for leading the company s subcontract management. Serve as the liaison between site personnel, leadership team, and outside counsel. Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management. Demonstrate informative and professional assistance when working with vendors, customers and co-workers. Act independently and originate new procedures and new approaches to problems. Display excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintain initiative to preserve the flow of work. Be able to handle multiple tasks with commitment to deadlines. Sustain interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and outside of Charah. Complete projects and/or reports in accurate and timely manner. Maintain Company information in a confidential manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. JD degree; top tier undergraduate and law schools. Member of the Kentucky/North Carolina State Bar, or having the qualifications and willingness to sit for (and pass) the Kentucky/North Carolina Bar exam. 3+ years as a practicing attorney with experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising on general commercial matters, including experience at a top tier law firm. Experience interacting at a senior level with business management. Strong technology skills and interest in technology. Experience with contracts lifecycle management and legal software and systems preferred.
