Corporate Counsel / Attorney (Contracts Law) The candidate will provide legal expertise in the areas of contracts and NDAs, Labor and Employment Law, and compliance with import/export regulations. Provide legal advice, negotiation and drafting of procurement contracts (master supply and/or service agreements and amendments thereto), and NDAs. Provide legal advice and handle labor and employment law matters, including responding to EEOC complaints. Provide legal support regarding import/export control regulations. Other responsibilities deemed necessary in support of Samsung Austin Semiconductor s legal team.

The candidate should have Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Membership in the Texas Bar is needed. Must have 3 years of legal experience in contract law. Experience working in a manufacturing or procurement role is highly preferred. Software Licensing experience is a plus. Should have strong drafting, negotiating and writing skills, as well as the ability to problem solve. Must have ability to identify and analyze complex issues and devise creative solutions and strategies. Working familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic contract management systems are needed.
