Counsel/Senior Counsel, Compliance

Counsel/Senior Counsel, Compliance Duties: Responsible for providing advice and counsel to subsidiaries on primarily anti-trust matters as well as anti-corruption and other traditional compliance issues. Will be also responsible for implementing, monitoring and continuously improving the company s global compliance programs. Accomplishes these responsibilities though personal efforts, the management and coordination of staff, and selective use of outside counsel. Reports to the Chief Compliance Officer, and has both U.S. and international responsibilities. Recognize potential conflicts of interest and other issues implicating ethics and compliance. Provide advice and counsel regarding issues implicating ethics and compliance. Participate in development and management of matter-specific and annual budgets. Lead and oversee internal investigations. Lead in-person training sessions. Manage all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate and motivate, delegate and monitor their activities. Perform all activities in a safe manner and ensure the safe work practices of those supervised.

Requirements: JD Degree. 7-10 years experience is required. Experience leading and overseeing internal investigations. Experience leading in-person training sessions. Advanced problem solving skills. Advanced project management skills. Advanced knowledge of anti-trust mattes as well as anti-corruption and other traditional compliance issues in the U.S. and elsewhere. Ability to manage conflict and find practical solutions without compromising values. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Multi-lingual skills preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data management systems. Demonstrate high standards of professional and business ethics.
