Real Estate Attorney (In-house) Key Responsibilities Include: Work with clients on real estate disclosures; Assist with real estate structuring, drafting, and reviewing various types of agreements and contracts; Analyze and provide legal advice in connection with real estate forms and transactions; Conduct legal research, draft memos, and provide legal advice in connection with real estate, litigation and, general business matters; Work on a wide variety of business related matters, including real estate, contracts, ethics, litigation, employment, and intellectual property; Write legal articles for internal and external use (e.g., newsletters, newspapers, websites); Other duties as assigned from General Counsel & Management.

The candidate should have JD degree with 3+ years of law firm experience; experience with residential real estate preferable. Admission to the California State Bar and distinguished academic credentials. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and legal databases. Ability to absorb and synthesize detailed rules/regulations. Quickly identify and prioritize issues. Strong research, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English required.
