Corporate Counsel, Enforcement Duties: Support its intellectual property protection and enforcement efforts. Management of customs-level actions in multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Review of products for authentication purposes. Leading IP enforcement-related investigations across multiple jurisdictions. Digital brand enforcement activities. Preparation of legal documents, written reports, presentations and updates relevant to a global executive audience. Communication with parent company, outside contacts, including outside counsel, partner companies, industry representatives, governmental representatives, and other parties as needed. Collaboration with cross-functional international teams that support global enforcement activities. Development and delivery of training to law enforcement and customs officials as well as internal stakeholders. Assisting with other IP tasks in support of Legal Department goals.

REQUIREMENTS: JD Degree required. 3+ years of related experience. Team player with high-energy. Ability to identify, develop and implement IP enforcement strategies. Strong communication and organizational skills, especially to a global audience. Knowledge of current legal issues in the area of intellectual property and digital enforcement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines. Exceptional writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
