Corporate Counsel - Contracts Responsibilities: Draft, edit and negotiate a variety of contracts, including SaaS contracts. Manage document workflow and maintain related systems and files. Maintain/update a database of standard contract forms and templates. Advise internal clients on routine contractual and legal issues. Research, analyze and summarize statutes, regulations and legal articles.

Qualifications: JD degree with strong academic credentials from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing of the Virginia State Bar. 5+ years of transactional experience in a law firm or in-house environment. Experience drafting and negotiating contracts is required. Experience with SaaS contracts and/or financial services is preferred. Outstanding writing skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills. Understanding of business issues and challenges. Flexibility to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
