Contracts Counsel

Contracts Counsel Duties: Review, negotiate and revise Presidio commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Sales Agreements, Value Added Resale agreements, Managed Services Agreements, and other sales contracts on a daily basis. Negotiate agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance. Advise business clients on risk and company approval processes and policies. Involves a significant amount of multi-tasking. Will be able to prioritize effectively, work under the direction of the Assistant General Counsel, and interact well with internal clients, customers, staff and vendors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience. Law Degree from an Accredited Law School. Admission to the Bar. 3-5 years relevant experience, including negotiating contracts preferably within the corporate department of a law firm. Ability to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize workload; with strong attention to detail. Cable or telecommunications industry experience preferred. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and revise clear, concise commercial agreements. Excellent client-service skills and attitude toward internal and external customers. Ability to accurately spot issues and formulate solutions with analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate legal subject matter to people who do not have in depth familiarity with legal concepts. Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
