Attorney - Regulatory and Land Use

Attorney - Regulatory and Land Use Duties: Work on various types of permitting issues related to federal lands and environmental regulations. Work on due diligence and land exchange issues. Facilitate steps to complete land exchange related to overall project. Provide guidance on land use and real property issues associated with a mining project. Provide advice related to compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate issues.

Qualifications: JD Degree required. Qualified in Arizona. 4-7 years working in a law firm or law department. Familiarity with administrative law, regulatory agencies, land use and general corporate governance. Excellent analytical skills. Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment. Attention to detail and superior reading comprehension. Rapid turnaround in a fast-paced environment is a must. Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross functional organizations.
