Regulatory/corporate Counsel

Regulatory/Corporate Counsel The candidate will assist with regulatory, contract and governance matters. Primary Responsibilities: Regulatory compliance for complete product portfolio (and labeling), e-commerce storefront, advertising and software solutions for, and interactions with healthcare practitioners. Provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions. Liaise with outside counsel to obtain required expertise. Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments and identify opportunities, risks and/or implications to the business. Day to day contract negotiation, drafting and review. Ongoing corporate governance matters. Should have J.D. degree and Bar Membership. Must have 5 years of applicable regulatory experience with a strong preference for specific experience with dietary supplement matters and healthcare fraud and abuse laws and regulations (including Stark and anti-kickback statute). Mix of in-house and third-party firm experience is preferred.
