Corporate Counsel DUTIES: Partner with field management by providing legal advice and counsel for all types of employee, guest and operational matters. Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of corporate transactional agreements. Respond to and resolve regulatory related charges and inquires. Assist in management of the Company's litigation, including reviewing discovery documents and litigation pleadings, preparing litigation holds, attending mediations, and providing oversight to production of discovery documents.

Qualifications: A JD Degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice in at least one jurisdiction. Preferred 2 years of experience at a law firm or in house legal department. Proficiency with Microsoft products including but not limited to Word, Excel and Power Point. Ability to identify and assess issues and provide legally sound recommendations consistent with good business practices.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies. Demonstrate the ability to perform well quickly and under pressure. Individual should show initiative and advanced people skills in team problem solving situations.
