Contracts Attorney The candidate will hold responsibility for the commercial and company legal affairs and company legal compliance across the world. Will be responsible for the overall life cycle of Commercial contracts and negotiation, Global Data Protection queries and legislation review and corporate legal transactions. Contract negotiation with prospective firm's clients across all of firm's commercial activities and within the best interests of firm. Protect firm's against risk in business. Construct and review Legal responses for contract bid RFPs/RFQs/ RFEs. Drafting and reviewing, MNDA, POA, and SOW, memo, KPIs, SLAs, termination letters, Breach letters, Master'services Agreement, legal Disclaimer, Referral Agreement, and any such legal Agreements as required for the SafeGuard World. Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management. Review and communicate to senior management legal/contractual risks and advise management on mitigating them. Negotiation of commercial contracts. Draft and review documents where required in support of the overall business. Provide legal advice, interpretation and guidance on contractual clauses & disputes and Company s policy and procedure. Partner and collaborate with sales team and sales leadership on commercial deal negotiations, training on contract language, requirements and obligations. Answering legal queries related to any aspect of corporate, commercial and data protection laws and compliance and in particular GDPR regulation. Identify and ensure company compliance plus optional accreditation badges . Creating and providing summary contract reviews to internal areas; to aid understanding and ensure agreed on-going actions are diarised. Liaison with outside counsel, ICPs and external Vendors. Draft client communications and responses as needed, including but not limited requests for information, contract and process clarifications , and terminations. Support internal Legal requests for review or guidance for all SafeGuard World services. Represent company in any legal proceedings, identifying and engaging external support in the best interests of the company. Ensure compliance with Global Data Privacy, Data Security and all company required controls.

The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in a Legal Attorney with broad legal knowledge (corporate law, data protection etc.). Must have J.D. Degree. Must have 3+ years of experience working with a board of directors and committees. Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills required. Effective problem-solving and mediation skills needed.
