Corporate Counsel The candidate will require to draft, review and negotiate standard and non-standard commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, online terms and conditions, professional service agreements, and a variety of other commercial contracts, from first draft to signature. Should be skilled at collaborating with business sponsors to fully understand impact of contractual rights and obligations on the business, identify potential risks associated with a contract, and provide guidance on redline responses, best practices and customer negotiations. Will be working closely with other internal stakeholders, including finance and information security and compliance, to facilitate thorough review of contract and proposed engagement. Will have the opportunity to develope and manage support playbooks, templates, checklists and other materials to support successful and efficient contracting. In this role will conduct trainings relating to contract-related processes, negotiation and best practices.

A Juris Doctor is required. Should have 4+ years of contracts negotiation and management experience within a law firm or legal department. Must have strong knowledge of contract law (Washington, Delaware, and New York preferred). Should have responsive project manager, skilled at negotiating complex agreements and communicating (orally and in writing) effectively with business stakeholders. Must have strong customer service attitude toward external and internal clients.
