Division Vice President & Litigation Counsel

Division Vice President and Litigation Counsel The candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and/or Deputy General Counsel and serve as a member and work collaboratively with legal team. Will lead the company's litigation activities, including internal investigations, and provide guidance and recommendations on such matters to the senior legal management. Should have a J.D. degree with admission to State Bar. Must have 7+ years of litigation experience in a wide array of matters in state and federal courts, including professional negligence, business torts, contract disputes, insurance coverage and intellectual property. Significant litigation experience in complex matters, including proficiency in handling e-discovery is required. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
