Corporate Counsel The candidate understands and integrates details of business/operational environment into legal and policy requirements. Negotiates, reviews, and coordinates execution of contracts. Monitors and manages the work of outside counsel. Participates in discussions between departments and outside counsel regarding strategy. Monitors statuses of corporate resolution and follows-up with affiliates. Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret agreements. Review and evaluate transactions with mergers, acquisitions, and/or joint ventures. Other duties assigned. Must have Doctorate Degree OR Master's Degree and 3 years of directly related experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of directly related experience OR Associate's Degree and 8 years of directly related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of directly related experience. Should preferably have 4+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house, includes 2 years in corporate law. Must be member of California Bar. Bilingual in English/Korean required.
