Manager, Litigation Counsel Duties: Manage litigation portfolio with support of two paralegals and outside counsel. Review and analyze business practices and proposals for compliance with federal and 50 state laws. Monitor and implement legal and regulatory developments in areas of responsibility. Draft and revise procedures, forms, agreements, marketing materials and scripts regarding areas of responsibility. Communicate legal opinions and recommendations simply effectively, persuasively and professionally. Track litigation trends, settlements, and attorney s fees.

Qualifications: JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school, License to practice law within US, preferably Texas. Litigation Experience. Ability to use Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw and strong internet, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Net Documents, Microsoft Office & research skills. Excellent writing and verbal skills.
