Counsel - Real Estate and Commercial Attorney The candidate will provide day-to-day counseling to internal business teams on real estate and project development issues. Drafting and negotiation of lease agreements, real estate purchase/sale agreements and other related documents. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts in support of business units, including product sale agreements and other agreements. Providing support to management and sales teams in contract disputes. Developing and drafting contract templates. Assisting with training of Company personnel in real estate and contract practices. Assisting with other matters as assigned.

The candidate must have JD Degree from a well-regarded, United States from accredited law school. The candidate must have 3-5 years of real estate experience with a law firm or in-house legal department. Should have current bar membership in a United States Jurisdiction. Should have ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within deadlines. Should have self-starter with ability to perform without significant direct supervision. Should be a strong team player. Should be detail-oriented individual with ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have strong interpersonal and negotiating skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required. Should have ability to travel occasionally.
