Office of the General Counsel Contracts Attorney, Senior Manager The candidate as part of team, will help with researching background information related to legal issues and prepare legal documents. Will focus on drafting contracts or legal agreements, retaining files of prepared legal documents, and coordinating requests between internal and external counsel. As a Senior Manager, work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include: Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above. Be involved in the financial management of clients. Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients. Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for clients. Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team. Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and own quality criteria. Train, coach, and supervise team members. Continue to develop internal relationships and developing brand. Responsible for reviewing, drafting, revising, negotiating and advising on complex requests for proposal, consulting services agreements, master services agreement, engagement letters, subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements, access letters and other types of agreements consistent with the firm s risk management practices.

A Juris Doctorate is required. Should have 4 Years of experience. Degree Preferred: Juris Doctorate. Highly motivated, experienced contracting/transactional attorney is desired. This attorney must be proactive, able to work both independently in a team and have strong leadership skills. Must have outstanding law school academics, strong drafting and negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Should demonstrates strong abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including the following areas: - Identifying and analyzing complex legal/regulatory/business issues and providing appropriate legal advice regarding applicable legal and professional standards, often on a time-sensitive basis; - Demonstrating negotiation skills with respect to legal issues; - Managing multiple cases/matters/projects and/or teams of internal and/or external resources; and, - Building consensus, even for difficult or unpopular courses of action necessitated by legal or regulatory requirements.
