Contracts Attorney The candidate will provide responsibilities Include: Serves as a point of contact for client and vendor operating agreements and contracts, working with our Business Development team, operations managers, and the corporate administrative departments. Expedites the contract review process, both internally and with our clients, to ensure that all agreements are processed in a timely manner. Reviews, drafts, edit, and negotiate as required client contracts and ensure that vendor contracts are in compliance with company standards and policies. Periodically reviews and makes recommendations to senior management for improvement of the company's contract review policies, procedures, and practices. Consults with outside legal counsel, vendors, and clients as appropriate. Ensures that all contracts are available for reference by the appropriate company officers and managers. Conducts research of corporate compliance and performs corporate governance functions as directed. Reviews and prepares non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements. Serves as a consultant to Human Resources department, including Talent Acquisition, and Claims department regarding litigation, engages company officers as needed, and keeps all constituents informed. Other duties as assigned. The candidate must have graduated from an accredited institution with a law degree. Must have passed the bar examination in at least one jurisdiction. Must have 2-4+ years of applicable law practice experience. Must have experience in contract law. Law journal or trial advocacy experience is preferred. Must have experience resolving conflict between groups with opposing perspectives, agendas, or priorities.
