Corporate Counsel Regulatory - Medicare Duties: Advises on a range of regulatory issues; which may include Medicare, Medicaid, state CHIP programs, DOI regulation, Mental Health parity, ACA, procurement and/or privacy/HIPAA Supports Regulatory team on developments, new/changing regulations and inquiries/audits. Provides legal interpretation of new laws and regulations and related business support on implementation Interfaces with senior executives, vice presidents and other key members of the leadership team. Supports rollouts of business changes in response to regulatory developments.

Qualifications: JD Degree. Required Other State Bar membership. 4 years of experience in assigned field(s) of regulatory practice. 4 years of experience in national law firm, in-house setting, agency or regulatory setting supporting government sponsored healthcare programs, PBM and/or Exchange; which may include licensing, implementing and interpreting regulations. 4 years of experience in familiarity with processes of federal and state regulatory agencies. Advanced Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities. Advanced Ability to drive multiple projects. Advanced Ability to influence internal and external constituents. Advanced Demonstrated problem solving skills. Advanced Demonstrated organizational skills. Required Advanced Microsoft Word. Required Advanced Microsoft Excel. Required Advanced Microsoft Outlook. Required Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
