Contracts Counsel The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, structuring and/or administrating contracts with customers and/or partners in relation to OEM & IoT Solutions sales, one of the companys fastest growing business units. Lead contractual negotiations, with ability to provide a creative and flexible approach to business (smart risk-taking). Work with cross functional teams to structure and manage the contracting process. Advise the organization of contractual rights and obligations and providing interpretation of terms and conditions. Identify, highlight and provide practical and business friendly alternatives to key risk items. Provide contractual and commercial expertise, using knowledge of commercial and legal practice specifically as it relates to the IT industry to support and provide guidance in the development and negotiation of contracts, including risk assessment and alternate positions to support the offer while ensuring compliance to company policy and legal requirements. Advise on, and review, amendments to contract and/or commercial terms or contract extensions. Coordinate internal resources to effectively address and respond to customers contractual requirements. Independently work with different stakeholders, e.g. sales, delivery, finance, operations, tax, product groups and services. Handle post-negotiation support and coordination to ensure effective contract execution. Work with internal tools and processes relevant to the role, including contracts database(s) and knowledge management tools. Actively support integration of different businesses within firm. Partnering with businesses to understand key risk areas to provide appropriate support. Knowledge sharing with teams, e.g. lessons learned, negotiation strategies and process simplifications/efficiencies.

The candidate should have undergraduate (bachelors) degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector, or graduate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector. Prior contract management experience in a multinational company is desired. Should have strong commercial contract drafting, negotiation and influencing skills. Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written communication in English. Must be comfortable engaging with key stakeholders including senior management. A demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong relationships. Should have excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing circumstances and deliver according to strict deadlines. Practical knowledge of IT products, services and software, as well as proven business and commercial awareness and acumen is desired. Additional language (French, German, Italian or Spanish) is preferred.
