Compliance Risk Management Attorney

Attorney The candidate will perform Compliance Risk Assessments and support with implementation of mitigation plans. Will closely collaborate through functional reporting line with GGRC legal expert for IP risk management. Establish a strong executive engagement model with relevant functions (e.g. Global Legal Compliance and Integrity Office [GLCIO], HR, Corporate Audit, Global Legal, Export Controls, etc.). Collaborate with other departments (e.g., GLCIO, HR, Corporate Audit, Global Legal, Export Controls, etc.) to manage risk related to difficult legal compliance issues and help direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Ensure that compliance issues and concerns in SAP are being correctly documented and reported to appropriate stakeholders via use of GRCs tools and systems. Collaborate with GLCIO to monitor global compliance trends and changes to legal and regulatory climate for compliance topics help proactively develop solutions. Perform the required maintenance activities in our GRC and the DCM system. Accountability to plan, organize, manage and contribute to Global GRC internal projects in the context of strategic initiatives, continuous improvements and ongoing simplification. Accountability to plan, organize, orchestrate and execute Risk Management activities based upon the Global Risk Management Policy and respective supporting Risk Management Cockpit standards. Be a trusted advisor to the business partners on GRC matters. Enablement and promotion of risk awareness throughout the organization. The candidate should have distinctive academic credentials, strategic thinking, superior problem solving skills and a strong professional track record of results. Accredited lawyer or other experienced compliance professional is required. Strong grasp of code of conduct, business ethics policies and current compliance practices is required. Hands-on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation is required. Experience in the areas of detection and prevention of fraud or corruption is desirable. Fluent in writing and speaking English is essential. Must have 3-5 years of work experience, especially experience in a legal, compliance, organization governance, risk management and/or audit type role. Experience in executive interaction and presenting to leadership teams is essential.
