Commercial Contracts Attorney The candidate will assist with the development, management and administration of contracts, tracking key terms and monitoring compliance with established policies and procedures, and helping to ensure that Delek is achieving value from its contracts. Review, markup/draft of contracts (from templates and original drafting), negotiate and close, contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, letters or intent, purchase and sale agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other supporting documents across Deleks business units. Assist in due diligence activities associated with potential merger and acquisition endeavors. Provide rapid, accurate, and thorough turnaround for routine contracts. Develop and maintain library of contract documents and templates. Log key contract terms and prepare data reports as requested. Identify, review and mitigate financial, legal, and commercial risks in consultation with the relevant subject matter experts. Review final contract against agreed and approved position. Suggest process improvement ideas to improve inefficiencies in the contracting process and contribute to other process improvement initiatives. Support Legal Department with additional projects and duties as assigned. Coordinate employee training on contracting processes. Bachelors degree is required. Must have 3+ years professional work; experience in a contracting role preferred. Should have 5+ years of work experience in a professional environment. Prior experience using Contract Management systems, preferred. Juris Doctorate and/or current license to practice law in Tennessee is a plus.
