Ethics and Compliance Counsel, Enterprise Compliance Assurance The candidate organize quarterly data collection and reporting for Compliance team meetings and share inputs to the Audit Committee/Board of Directors. Assist with all aspects of execution for the Compliance Assurance Program, including risk calibration, data collection, cross-functional communication and coordination. Organize efficient and streamlined risk area reporting (e.g., disclosures, metrics, reviews). Execute monitoring, testing and related assessments to evaluate cross-functional compliance programs. Conduct risk assessments and operational health checks for multiple programs. Should have Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent practical experience. Must have 3 years of relevant attorney experience in compliance program management and associated processes in a global operating environment. Must be admitted to the Bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in California. Six Sigma certification or related process management experience is desired. 7 years of relevant attorney experience in compliance program management and associated processes in a global operating environment is preferred. Should preferably have Experience with a compliance control framework, including compliance testing, monitoring, surveillance and governance systems. Must have excellent spreadsheet software and presentation software skills. Should have demonstrated analytical, organizational and project management skills in a complex business environment. Must have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to represent the compliance function effectively at every level of the company
