Corporate Counsel - Sr

Senior Corporate Counsel The candidate will build, support and focus growing business units. Will drive strategic technology transactions including development agreements, M&A, supply agreements, and licensing agreements, as well as provide timely support for routine agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs. Manage external resources (internal/external experts, analysts, attorneys) and in-house cross-functional resources to support general business unit needs. Establish strong working relationships with cross functional business leaders and executives to plan, develop, execute, and manage business specific contract, IP, and litigation strategies and tactics. Develop a deep understanding of the companys strategy and key competitive advantages.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree and have California Bar license. Must have a Law degree and 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience. Relevant semiconductor, automotive, or sensor industry experience is a big plus. Thorough knowledge of IP-relevant principles and practices, including state and federal laws and regulations and their international equivalents is required.
