Senior Corporate Counsel- Customer Care Duties: Support the Customer Care organization in a variety of client areas that drive Un-carrier wireless experience, including social media support, customer support systems, reactive communications, account security and fraud prevention. Will have opportunities to work on a wide range of customer facing projects aimed at providing a best in class customer experience. Will cover numerous legal subject areas, such as consumer protection laws, regulatory compliance, crisis communications, social media, privacy, and vendor transactions. Will require someone prepared to work side-by-side with business clients to gain an expert understanding of the wireless telecommunications products and services they service and support across the business. Developing a deep understanding of the wireless products and services that the Care organization supports and services. Working with the client to provide the best possible customer experience while ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws and applicable regulations. Superior client development skills focused on partnering with the client to meet their goals. `Provide informed legal guidance in a fast paced environment. Qualifications: A U.S. law degree and admission to at least one state bar required. 5+ years of experience in relevant areas, such as consumer protection, social media, telecommunications, and/or customer service. Customer-oriented interpersonal skills to work with demanding internal clients, and the conviction to provide creative solutions and guidance in a professional manner. Strong motivation to obtain and build a deep and broad knowledge of products and services. Law firm and in-house experience preferred. Experience with sales, customer service, and consumer issues preferred. Outstanding legal judgment, drafting and communication skills. The ability to use creativity and flexible thinking to identify and problem-solve complex legal and business issues.
