Administrative Assistant to CAO/General Counsel The candidate will provide responsibilities include: Answer and direct phone calls. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Produce and distribute correspondence. Book travel arrangements. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Provide administrative support to the legal department. Maintain computer and manual filing systems. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Cover the reception desk when required. Receive, sort and distribute the mail. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have 1-2+ years proven admin or assistant experience. Must be proficient in MS Office. Must have strong organizational and planning skills. Must have excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Must have attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
