Compliance Counsel The candidate will support the management of its Global Ethics and Compliance Program including support of investigations, training, communications, audits, and remediation. Investigations - support compliance investigations and reviews globally, including: Managing the company hotline from intake to closure including reviewing, updating, and resolving reports received. Conducting, and/or supervising outside service providers in conducting confidential investigations of issues including anti-corruption, protection of confidential information, misuse of company assets, conflicts of interest, employment issues, etc.; and Managing remediation efforts including resulting employment actions from investigations as necessary. Support management of Global Ethics and Compliance Program, including training initiatives, policy oversight and development, and communications including: Regular review of Code of Business Conduct and Ethics ( Code ) and revising, as appropriate; Drafting and managing the annual Code employee affirmation process; Drafting, updating, implementing and communicating compliance policies; Creating and conducting compliance and anti-bribery training; and supporting management of the Company s Global Compliance Committee and coordinating training and communications efforts. Crisis Management - manage IFF s Crisis Management Program, including: Regularly reviewing and updating IFF s Global Crisis Management Plan and overseeing other functions on their roles as part of that plan; Creating and conducting global training for crisis management team members; Creating and conducting global training for all employees on Global Crisis Management Plan. Managing compliance-related litigations and agency proceedings from inception to resolution. Should have 4-10 years of significant experience in legal compliance field. JD from top tier US law school. Experience counseling clients on anti-corruption and compliance in international matters. Experience creating and conducting training modules and formulating policies.
