Corporate Counsel Duties: Manage contract database for and its affiliates. Draft and negotiate client or vendor contracts, as requested. Review and provide analysis of contractual compliance requirements for and its affiliates. Manage all offshore vendor contracts, requests for consents, and client requirements. Manage all due diligence requests acquisitions, asset purchases, joint ventures, or other proposed strategic business relationships with internal counsel. Draft internal memorandums on behalf of Legal and/or Compliance. Perform other projects and special assignments.

Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or, if licensed in another jurisdiction, have the ability to obtain Pennsylvania license or in-house certificate within one year from the date of hire. 1-4 years of legal experience, with preference given to in-house experience Experience in the real estate/financial services industry is preferred. Experience with employment law matters is preferred. Self-starter with exceptional problem solving, analytical ability and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate and build relationships. Experience using Westlaw, Lexix Nexis, AllRegs and other legal publications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret contracts, state, federal, and local laws. Present information to executive and senior management teams, sales department, internal groups and/or third parties.
