Litigation Counsel

Litigation Counsel Responsibilities: Efficiently and effectively manage a variety of litigation matters and disputes in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic and diverse corporate environment. Draft responses to demand letters, settlement agreements, affidavits and other legal documents. Respond to government and consumer subpoenas. Conduct fact investigations. Participate in preparing Legal holds and other ediscovery activities. Work with business to resolve disputes. Manage outside legal resources effectively. Manage internal and external relationships professionally. Collaborate with internal clients, in-house counsel and outside counsel and vendors to minimize legal risk to business. Assist in achieving strategic objectives of the COE and the overall business.

Qualifications: JD Degree required. Must be admitted to a bar in the United States and in good standing. 3-5 years of litigation experience in commercial or business litigation Prior in-house experience a plus. Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery practices and procedures Strong legal research and writing skills Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, excellent judgment and proven time management and organization skills. Ability to take direction and work independently while managing risks. Creative and critical problem solver with high ethical standards and integrity who enjoys working in a highly motivated team environment.
