Compliance Senior Counsel, Investigations Duties: Oversee day-to-day management of the Global Compliance Hotline. Evaluate and manage hotline and non-hotline complaints and other potential compliance issues, including assessing the matter upfront, triaging matters to the appropriate Team Member or function, and developing work plans for items handled by the global compliance investigations team. Lead and conduct internal investigations, including document review and analysis, interviews, media research, email review, and leveraging other investigation resources as needed, as well as developing findings and memorializing these efforts and final conclusions. Actively manage and oversee investigations handled by outside counsel, including regular contact with outside counsel, auditors, consultants and vendors. Work with the Vice President, Global Compliance Operations & Investigations, to provide regular updates on investigations and findings to the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and other senior leadership. Develop remediation plans and policy changes to address potential compliance issues, including those identified through investigations. Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures and guidance concerning investigations, remediation, and related issues, with an emphasis on general guidance designed to address or avoid similar issues in the future. Actively monitor developments related to compliance, anticorruption enforcement, and other compliance-related matters, discussing with Team Members and drafting summaries/updates for external stakeholders. Provide day-to-day compliance guidance and advice to regional Compliance Officers and Team Members as necessary. Remain up-to-date on relevant trends and activities in the global compliance sphere within the life sciences industry.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. JD Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Currently admitted to practice law in at least one state in the United States or the District of Colombia. 5+ years post-J.D. experience, with a strong preference for experience conducting internal investigations, including AKS and/or FCPA-related investigations, ideally for companies in the health care/life sciences industry. Significant experience conducting and/or participating in investigation interviews or depositions. Excellent note-taking skills. Strong writing, editing and analytical skills, including a command of grammar and style conventions. Experience drafting investigation-related documents, including interview memoranda, document review protocols, investigation reports and presentations. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Detail oriented, with a high degree of ethics, integrity, discretion and professionalism. Highly motivated, self-starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints; must possess a positive, can-do attitude and show enthusiasm. Strong leadership presence and ability to manage people and projects effectively. Demonstrated ability to operate independently and work as part of a team, able to build relationships across and outside the department. Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company through various formats. Must be fluent in English; foreign language skills strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
