Corporate Counsel The candidate will provide legal support to Agency in areas of Marketing and Entertainment and will report directly to General Counsel. Responsible for performing legal research along with reviewing and drafting contracts in connection with upcoming promotional events and/or concerts. Review/draft/negotiate contractual agreements including, but not limited to: MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, production agreements, staffing agreements, professional service agreements, independent contractor and employment agreements, artist and co-pro agreements, venue agreements, etc. Assist with corporate filings and manage relationship with CSC. Assist Maestro Cares on various matters including, but not limited to: MOUs, Gala agreements, independent contractor and employment agreements, etc. Insurance renewals and COI generation. Policy generation and review. Assist General Counsel and CEO with other tasks as requested. Partner with various Agency departments such as Event Marketing, Touring/Booking, Sales, Accounting/Risk Management and Human Resources to support their legal needs. Coordinate and serve as a legal/compliance resource for various other Agency initiatives. Perform any other assigned duties or projects. The candidate should be Licensed attorney with a Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school. Should have 1 - 3 years legal experience. Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required. Must possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with superb critical thinking skills. Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts. Strong research skills and proficient in identifying and effectively resolving any questions or issues. Must possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but with a team-oriented approach. Responsive and collaborative attitude to any project requests, emails, calls and departmental / personnel needs. Ability to perform under pressure, managing multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Possess sound judgement at all times. Bilingual in Spanish.
