Corporate Counsel Duties: Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of matters. Prepare, draft and negotiate a broad array of commercial contracts and establish strong customer relationships. Actively collaborate with other functions within the Company and act as a respected business leader. Serve as a business partner to not only advise on legal matters, but to advise on business matters and to influence the overall business strategy. Prepare, draft and negotiate a broad array of commercial contracts. Develop and apply knowledge of Plexus to support resolution of contract issues in a timely manner and with an appropriate balance of risk and reward. Provide dedicated support, advice and counsel to Market Sector(s) and/or the Supply Chain organization as assigned. Resolve disputes with customers and suppliers. Provide support, advice and counsel to the Company, and lead continuous improvement activities, on various compliance matters as assigned, which may include government contracting, ethics, finance-related compliance, FDA compliance, and privacy. Provide support, advice and counsel to the Company, and lead continuous improvement activities, on various corporate matters as assigned, which may include (without limitation) IP, treasury/finance, IT, corporate development, risk management, insurance, and real estate. Provide an outstanding customer experience to internal and external customers by providing effective guidance and solutions, listening, delivering on commitments, seeking opportunities to learn and teach, and being respectful and passionate. Develop, assist, evaluate and otherwise manage direct and matrix reports as assigned. Accountable to execute on Plexus Best People strategy, leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential. Interpret applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including jurisdictions outside of the United States, as necessary to provide legal advice to the Company. Escalate matters to senior management as appropriate. Conduct legal research. Manage outside counsel. Monitor and manage claims and litigation.

Qualifications: JD Degree is required. 1 years of related experience is required; 3+ years of related experience is preferred. Transactional negotiation experience. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
