Counsel - Software Contracts Responsibilities: Drafts and negotiates contracts with vendors and suppliers, including services agreements, SaaS Agreements, software license agreements, hardware purchase agreements, and other IT related agreements. Reviews legal data and advises organization on appropriate legal action to be taken. Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and have passed, at a minimum, a state Bar exam. 3+ years' prior experience in a law firm, corporate, or other legal environment. In-depth knowledge and experience drafting and negotiating contracts with vendors and other strategic relationships, including software license agreements, hardware purchase agreements, SaaS agreements, and other IT related agreements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (e.g. presentation, listening; and report writing). Analytical problem solving and quantitative skills sufficient to handle a complex regulated environment. Interpersonal skills necessary: persuasion; negotiation; cooperation; diplomacy; strong planning; organizational and coordinating skills, and strong internal consulting skills. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
