Legal Research Attorney- Employment Contract The candidate will perform legal research and writing assignments and assist in civil litigation and administrative law matters. Conduct legal research on issues of procedural and substantive law in various areas of the law, including but not limited to personal injury, premises and products liability, environmental and employment law. Prepare briefs, pleadings, written discovery, correspondence, declarations, contracts, and other legal documents. Interview witnesses and prepare witnesses to testify at deposition, hearings and/or trial. Conduct depositions of experts, parties and witnesses. Must have a baccalaureate degree from a recognized college or university. Must have satisfactorily completed at least two years in an ABA credited law school. Must have passed the California Bar Examination-Proficient in Lexis and Westlaw. Closing date : 14/02/20
