Contracts Attorney

Contracts Attorney Duties: Negotiate, maintain and track various types of commercial contracts. Work with General Counsel on contract dispute resolutions and negotiations. Lead international trade compliance efforts, including EAR, ITAR and FCPA compliance. Assist in managing contract compliance with international host nation laws. Assist with the preparation and review of various export licenses and Technical Assistance Agreements. Support Contracts and Procurement staff in drafting model agreements. Support M&A due diligence and integration matters.

Qualifications: JD Degree from accredited law school and active bar membership. 0-5 years in-house and/or relevant law firm experience, with commercial contracting and international trade law experience. Strong knowledge of international trade laws. Superior organizational writing skills. Client-focus and detail-oriented, innovative and energetic. Highly developed leadership, management, and communication skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal, team building, and customer service skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgments. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on changing business needs. Smart, strong work ethic, desire to learn & be challenged, self-driven & motivated Good presentation skills.
