In-House Counsel/Compliance Officer Duties: Serve as company Resort Compliance Officer. Facilitate and assist in all communication with the Indiana Gaming Commission regarding statute and regulation interpretation, requests for variances, and other related matters; Respond to all IGC inquiries regarding regulatory matters. Responsible for compliance and reporting issues needed by Full House Resorts, Inc. Draft and review of Internal Controls for gaming operations; Assist Internal Audit in compliance efforts where appropriate. Provide compliance training directives to operational training managers on regulations, Internal Controls; Monitor all departmental compliance training to ensure appropriate attendance and tracking of corrective actions. Chair compliance-related committees (i.e. Compliance & Training, MBE/WBE, Title 31 or others as assigned). Conduct regulatory investigations, as requested by General Manager or Full House General Counsel/Secretary. Assist Full House General Counsel/Secretary in contract administration and conduct vendor background checks as appropriate. Assist with drafting company policies and procedures. Assist the Director of Human Resources as needed. Manage outside litigation. Administer Records Retention policy. Provide service to internal and external customers which reflect the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.). Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by General Manager or Full House Secretary/General Counsel.

Qualifications: Experience Required: Experience working in gaming or other highly regulated environment. Experience in contract administration, risk and litigation management or other legal background preferred. Education Required: Four year degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) and/or additional advanced degrees or course work preferred. Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Analytical thinking, clear concise writing; communication skills to Senior Management staff and line personnel; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with varying priority and deadlines. Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Must be able to obtain: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License Level 1. Other Specialized Requirements: Computer literate.
